Our team is constantly growing, both professionally and personally. We bring together specialists from law, software development, IT infrastructure, support, project management and public-sector consulting — united by one goal: creating modern, reliable software for demanding processes.
Patent attorney Hartmut Degwert recognised early on the potential of digital tools and developed the first software solutions to support the renowned Munich firm Prinz & Partner. A foundation was laid for what would later become IP Servant.
With more than 25 years of experience behind it, an idea and product became a company. IP Servant GmbH was born – with the ambition of developing modern software for law firms and businesses.
In addition to IP management, IP Servant now offers services in system architecture and hosting – secure, reliable and tailored to individual needs.
In the area of cash logistics, IP Servant supplies bespoke software solutions for deposit and withdrawal machines – including for a major quick‑service restaurant chain.
The technological base is being modernised. A new, future‑proof platform is emerging – IP Servant web – as a cloud‑enabled alternative to the existing desktop solution.
IP Servant web is entering pilot operation with selected law firms. What’s special: the desktop and web versions operate on the same database – combining the best of both worlds.
Our second line of business is growing: our specialist planning team supports control‑centre projects in the German BOS sector – including major TETRA digital radio projects at state and federal level.
The next big step: IP Servant web is now also available as a SaaS – straightforward, scalable and secure. The rollout for new law firms and companies is beginning.
Our team keeps growing – in development, support and project management. At the same time, we’re making IP Servant web technically ready for new features and bespoke law‑firm requirements.
Building on our experience, we are beginning to develop a new solution for doctors and medical facilities – practical, efficient and secure.
